Vallamo began with a conversation between friends.
We met while studying for our Master’s degrees at Warwick Business School, bringing together backgrounds across engineering, science, and law. While discussing the future of AI, our systems engineer raised a problem that stood out: despite huge advances in artificial intelligence, many businesses were implementing basic chatbots that felt cold, robotic, and disconnected from the customers they were designed to help.
The technology was improving, but the experience was not.
We believed businesses deserved better. AI should not create another barrier between companies and their customers. It should create conversations that feel natural, helpful, and genuinely valuable.
That belief became Vallamo.

We are building a new generation of business software that combines intelligent AI conversations, automation, and customer management into one seamless platform. Our goal is to help businesses respond faster, capture more opportunities, and deliver experiences that customers actually enjoy.
